Timothée Chalamet Is Officially the Knicks’ Most Loyal Fan

“TIED THE LOOP.” – Chalamet

When Kylie Jenner walked the MET Gala steps without her beau, Timothée Chalamet, fans questioned his whereabouts. Shortly after, news broke that he skipped the charity fundraiser to watch the New York Knicks playoff game, proving his die-hard loyalty. Following the NBA team’s playoff win on May 13, Chalamet has been seen losing it courtside.

In true NY form, Chalamet cheered for his home team in unlaced Timberland boots, black jorts, a Knicks tee and hat. By his side sat Kylie and sister Kendall Jenner. In several photos, the Wonka star is seen screaming his head off as the Jenner sisters hype him up. By the morning after the win, Chalamet’s screaming meme completely dominated the internet.

The Dune star has been a fan since age 11 — and he has the receipts to prove it. Confirmed via Chalamet’s Instagram story, he got his first Knicks autograph as a preteen. During the May 12 game, he was able to grab a picture with former Knicks player Amar’e Stoudemire and captioned the photo “TIED THE LOOP.” View the sweet moment below.

Elsewhere, Kylie and ex-bestie Jordyn Woods linked up at the sporting event, too. The duo was seen jumping with excitement as Chalamet celebrated with NY icon and filmmaker Spike Lee. The event also brought out rapper Cardi B and the NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs.

In other pop culture news, Zendaya’s MET Gala look resurfaces “Zendaya Theory.” Elsewhere, Siren Basics releases its first-ever swim collection.
